We process account data (nickname, auth identifiers), order data, chat messages, and uploaded attachments required for order support and delivery.

2. Why we process data

Data is used to authenticate users, create and manage orders, provide support communication, prevent abuse, and maintain service operations.

3. Storage and retention

Application records are stored in PostgreSQL. Attachments and product images are stored in S3-compatible storage. Data is retained while accounts/orders are active or as required for security and legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers required to host database, storage, and network services.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable. Contact [email protected] with your account nickname and request details.

6. Security

We use access control, signed URLs for files, and operational monitoring. No online service is absolutely secure, but we continuously improve safeguards.
