1. Service model

SpamHub provides digital products and manual order support through order chat. Delivery timing and details are handled by admins inside each order thread.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity performed under your account. Sharing stolen or unauthorized credentials is prohibited.

3. Orders, pricing, and stock

Prices, stock and tier discounts may change without notice. Orders are confirmed when created in the system and remain subject to manual status updates by admins.

4. Payment and refunds

Payment instructions are provided manually in chat. Due to digital goods delivery model, refunds are handled case-by-case and may be declined after delivery proof is provided.

5. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to abuse infrastructure, attack the platform, upload malware, or use the service for illegal activity. Violations can lead to suspension and cancellation.
